- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: HOA Move Requirements: Move-in/Move-Outs should be scheduled with the Community Attendant at least 4 days in advance of the move. The cost for the move in/out fee $200 and the refundable deposit is $500. Move-in/Move-Outs or Delivery will be conducted between 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday..
