- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: - Additional Terms: Tenant must place their own trash bins in the alleyway on trash day and is responsible for bringing them back in.
Tenant understands there is separate occupied unit at the property and access to it requires passing through the Premises.
- NON-WARRANTED: The following items or personal property are included in the Premises without warranty and Landlord will not maintain, repair or replace them: under cabinet kitchen lights, satellite dish, refrigerator ice maker, refrigerator water dispenser
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability 
SUMMARY RENTAL CRITERIA
-We look for favorable credit history, good references, sufficient income, and the ability to move-in within 14 days of the available date. 
-If approved, we require one full month's rent, plus deposit to move-in
