- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: - Tenants to use furniture pads on all furniture on hardwood flooring.
- Tenant to replace refrigerator water filter at least every six months (model is Frigidaire ULTRAWF Pure Source Ultra Water Filter).
- Tenant to install cover over gas fire pit in yard when not in use.
- Tenants not to use interior basement door or spiral staircase (basement access from exterior door only).
- Attic is not to be used or accessed by tenants.
- When using whole-house fan, tenants must be sure windows throughout the home are slightly open to allow proper airflow.
- Lowest terrace in the backyard is not included in bi-weekly landscaping service
