APPLICATION, LEASE TERMS, AND FEES

- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: As-is: portable A/C unit and ice maker (functional but will not be repaired or maintained). Tenants may not access backyard of the front house (do not use door leading to that yard from the living room). 
-Tenants responsible for maintaining driveway area landscaping.
-Tenants may not drill into or put holes in wood paneled walls.
-If tenants have pets, tenants are responsible for hosing down the turf with diluted Simple Green solution once monthly and keeping their yard free of pet waste.
-Tenants may not install fire pits on or near artificial turf.
-Tenant may not park or drive vehicles on artificial turf and is responsible for damages incurred from doing so.
