- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: Community does not have guest parking passes, if the tenant has a third vehicle they have to fill out a application and send in registrations of all vehicles with photos and will have to get a garage inspection for proof and then the Board would have to approve it. Cost is $25 per month. 
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
