- HOA Move Requirements: - HOA Moving Guidelines: Move-in requires HOA coordination. Residents must reserve the elevator and contact the HOA at least 7 days in advance. The HOA currently requires a refundable $500 deposit and a non-refundable $150 move fee, subject to change by the association.. Please Note: HOA Move in and Move Out requirements are subject to change. Tenant is responsible for verifying with HOA.
