3. DO NOT PLACE ANY HOT/COLD BEVERAGES AND/OR FOOD OR CANDLES ON MARBLE COUNTERTOP. THESE ITEMS WILL STAIN THE MARBLE.
4. ALL FURNITURE INCLUDING SOFAS, BEDS, DRESSERS, DINING TABLE, CHAIRS, NIGHT STANDS, METAL TRASH CANS, MUST HAVE FELT PADS ON THE LEGS OR BOTTOM SURFACES TO PROTECT THE WOOD FLOORS, FROM SCRATCHING, SCUFFING, AND/OR TEARING.
5. TENANT(S) MUST CLEAN OUT THE LINT TRAP DIRECTLY ABOVE THE STACKABLE WASHER/DRYER, ONCE A MONTH. FAILURE TO DO SO, CAN CAUSE A FIRE, CAUSE THE DRYER TO OVERHEAT, CAUSE MOLD, CAUSE THE EXCESS LINT TO GET ON THE CEILING, WALLS, AND VENTS, AND/OR CLOTHES WILL TAKE LONGER TO DRY.
