- APPLICATION TURNAROUND TIME: 2-3 business days
- LEASE LENGTH: 1 year
- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: Fireplace is decorative and is labeled As-Is so the landlord is not responsible for maintaining it. Four space heaters will be provided by owner, and must stay with the unit. Tenants are responsible for any maintenance for the space heaters. 
GUIDELINES:
- A CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $250.00 move-in/move-out fee payable to
LaJollaVillage Tennis Club. If the terms of the lease are changed by a change in tenant(s) an additional move-in/move-out fee will be charged. If the charge is not paid a fine of $300.00 will be assessed for non-compliance
- A CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $500.00 for DAMAGE DEPOSIT made payable to La Jolla Village Tennis Club.
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability 
SUMMARY RENTAL CRITERIA
-We look for favorable credit history, good references, sufficient income, and the ability to move-in within 14 days of the available date. 
-If approved, we require one full month's rent, plus deposit to move-in
-We do not accept co-signers
