APPLICATION, LEASE TERMS, AND FEES
- APPLICATION FEE: Non-Refundable $50/adult (all occupants 18+ need to submit an application)
- APPLICATION TURNAROUND TIME: 2-3 business days
- LEASE LENGTH: 1 year
- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: Fireplaces are decorative only and shall not be used by tenants. Tenant agrees to pay half of the first months rent ($1700) plus the security deposit ($2500) for the total amount of $4,200. 
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability 
SUMMARY RENTAL CRITERIA
-We look for favorable credit history, good references, sufficient income, and the ability to move-in within 14 days of the available date. 
-If approved, we require one full month's rent, plus deposit to move-in
-We do not accept co-signers
