&#x24;1,000 - Private Bed and Bath in Queer House In Brooklyn Center With Great Amenities 
My now Fiancee and I are in a house in Brooklyn center we would like to make a more community driven queer house.
&#x24;1000/month for the basement living room, bathroom and bedroom to be all private. &#x24;600 deposit due on move in.
I can do less for a combination of just the bedroom and or bathroom/living room.
I am genderfluid and my Fiancee is trans mtf. She is in her mid 20s and Im an in my early 30s.
Theres a big basement with a large bedroom and really cool newly finished bathroom all available for rent. Furnishings available if you like too including the biggest bean bag youve ever seen. There is parking in the driveway as well.
We are right within walking distance of cub foods, the transit depot and many restaurants. Biking distance of the library.
There are chickens living in the backyard and a farm cat that lives here in the winter so we are not looking for anymore pets. Reptiles or fish or something that stays in a cage would work well with the house though.
