T.V. on counter so you don't have to miss your program while cooking. The SS Samsung refrigerator includes water/ice maker on the door and a water filtration system with container for clean drinking water, inside the door, and has two pull out drawers, One of which is a beverage drawer, keeping your favorite drinks at the perfect temperature. freezer drawer below. Lots of storage cabinets and a pantry with pull out drawers. 
Dine in the formal dining room or out under the lighted gazebo. 
Just down the hall off of the kitchen, you'll find a cozy family room with blackout shades and a wine closet with A/C if desired. Perfect for enjoying movie night on the large 65" flat screen T.V. Glass french doors lead to the 44' solar heated pool and since the T.V. swivels, you can watch your program while lounging poolside. The pool temperature can be controlled with the pool thermostat. It can get from 92 to 102 degrees! Great for swimming laps. 
Off the hallway from the family room you'll find 4 bedrooms, two of which are currently used as home offices, one includes a pull out queen sized sofa. The guest suite at the left end of the hallway includes an ensuite bath with a single vanity sink, cabinets & drawers below. Shower/tub combo, tile flooring and skylight. The guest bathroom has a deep soaking tub, dual vanity sink, tile counters, cabinets & drawers below. 
The Primary bedroom w/ensuite bath has direct access to the pool. The bathroom has amarble counter, dual vanity sink w/storage drawers below. Opening skylight and shower with glass door.
The two car garage has an EV charger (Tesla power) 
Hiking trails, walk to Andy's Market, Loch Lomand harbor, Minutes to Whole Foods and the Montecito shopping center/Trader Joe's. Easy access to the 101 Freeway.

FOUNDATION HOMES' PET POLICY: Will be considered on a case-by-case basis for well-qualified applicant(s) unless otherwise noted. Pet Application and monthly Pet Rent for approved pet(s) are required unless otherwise noted. Monthly pet rent is $60 per approved cat and/or $100 per approved dog unless otherwise noted. (Assistive animals are always permitted and are approved with legal documentation. No Pet Rent applies for Assistive animals.) 
ADDITIONAL TERMS: No smoking. Please expect a $49.00 application processing fee per adult. Renter's Liability Insurance required. Filter changing fee/policy applies.
