Focus Property Management is Wisconsin's experienced property management team that is bringing a new resident-centered focus to renting. We don't just lease space to live in. We do everything possible to make sure our residents have a terrific rental experience, one that is safe, comfortable and convenient!


Our residents are provided a secure, personal tenant portal where they can sign up for monthly email rent payment reminders. They may choose to schedule, pay and track rent payments online in a choice of payment options. Our maintenance requests are even submitted digitally.



To better accommodate our residents we have bilingual staff members to provide higher level of service.
