COSTS for unfurnished: Rent $1900, Security Deposit $2850, PETS One pet is allowed with additional security deposit. Tenant pays for utilities separately to each utility company. Renters insurance required. 
SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.
