44 Oswego Street - This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on Oswego Street offers all the amenities one would desire in a home here in Downtown Charleston. From the spacious front porch, to the open floorpan and central location, this home has it all! 
Walk up the front steps off of Oswego Street and you are immediately greeted with a spacious and comfortable front porch. Sit in the rocking chairs and people watch or gather around the couch and coffee table with friends! Enter through the front door into the light filled living room. The light wood floors, high ceilings, and loads of windows make the space feel bright and airy! The living room features a comfortable sectional sofa perfect for watching a movie on the Smart TV. Just beyond the living room is the formal dining room. Here you will find a large dining table with seating for up to 6 people. The dining room is conveniently located just off of the kitchen making this the perfect home for entertaining! The kitchen was recently remodeled and features loads of cabinet and counter space, stainless steel appliances, and an island with seating for 4! At the back of the house you will find the sunroom which houses a desk and chair making it the perfect home office. The washer/dryer is also located in this space for your convenience. Take the backdoor from the sunroom onto the back porch and you will find another seating area, and your welcoming backyard oasis fully equipped with a fire pit!
On the other side of the house you will find the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first of the three bedrooms is set up as a multi-use space. There is a comfortable twin day bed, perfect for accommodating guests or lounging, and another desk and chair. This room faces Oswego Street and is full of natural light! The second bedroom features a King size bed, and the third a Queen. One of the full bathrooms features a claw foot tub, and the other a more modern style glass and tile shower! 
Parking for one car is located in the driveway! 
Pets can be negotiated with a non-refundable $250/per pet fee. 
Neighborhood - Wagener Terrace:
Located in the highly sought after Wagener Terrace Neighborhood, less than a mile away from Hampton, McMahon & Hester Parks. Piedmont Avenue is a minutes drive to the Citadel, Joe Riley Riverdogs Stadium, Publix, The Arthur Christopher Rec Center + Herbert Hassel pool. Walk, bike or drive to many of The Peninsula's top award winning restaurants and trendiest bars, such as Park Cafe, Purlieu, Moe's Crosstown, Harold's Cabin, Rodney Scott's BBQ, Renzo, Huryali, Little Jacks, Leon's Oyster Shop, Revelry Brewing and Edmund's Oast. 
Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.

All guests staying with Duvet Homes have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston.
This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.
Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to
visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting
the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.
All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in
writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.
*Please also note that Duvet Homes is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers
this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to
availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit
at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*
