This historic condo offers a rare opportunity to live South of Broad and experience all Charleston has to offer! This condo is located only one block from The Battery and Colonial Lake. The home has upscale finishes including hardwood floors, crown molding, and a fun wallpaper in the entryway!
Upon entering the home, you will see the open living room which features loads of natural light, comfortable seating for relaxing, a desk for your work from home needs and an old historic fireplace for added charm. The kitchen is just through the entryway and features updated appliances, counter seating with four bar stools, and a breakfast nook perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Also off the kitchen is another seating area, great for entertaining. The sunroom is the perfect place to relax on the comfortable daybed, or enjoy a dinner party at the dining table that seats four. 
Down the hall you will find two spacious bedrooms both featuring King size beds. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and second bathroom can be found in the hallway between the two rooms. Off the back of the house you will find a laundry/ mudroom combo that gives easy access to the carport that allows for off-street parking for one car. Once outside you will notice the meticulously landscape yard that offers partial views of the Ashley River. 
This condo occupies the first floor of a two story building. 
The location is in close proximity to the following: shopping, restaurants, the city marina, parks, tennis courts, pickle-ball courts, grocery stores, hospitals and College of Charleston. All of these locations are a quick walk, bike or car ride away!

In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $425 upon signing the lease agreement.

Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.

All guests staying with Duvet Homes have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston.
This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.
Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to
visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting
the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.
All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in
writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.
*Please also note that Duvet Homes is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers
this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to
availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit
at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*
