- Bankruptcies within the last seven years must be fully discharged 
- NO smoking inside premises. 
- NO PETS
- Payment of 1st Months rent, Last Months rent. And Cleaning Fee, and Security Deposit, in Certified Funds, paid in full before move-in, move in/ move out inspection checklist must be completed before you receive keys.
