Enjoy Seattle while staying in our private suite. We are the main residence of the property and we are looking to rent out our newly furnished private guest space, in a quiet/ safe neighborhood. Just 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the airport. Great location! 
It has its own separate entry, fully furnished, queen bed (sheets and pillows included) , sofa bed, TV, work space and a kitchenette with all the cooking items you may need. The washer/ dryer is on the property for you to us as you please. There are 3 rooms, the first room has a kitchen/ dining area w/ workspace as you walk in, the second room is the lounge w/ sofa bed, a single chair, TV, large cabinet and extra shelving for storage, the third room has the queen bed w/ closet and extra shelving. There is also a closet in the first room for extra storage. The bathroom is just off the first room, including shower, sink and toilet. Towels can be supplied if needed. 
All utilities are included, plus wifi.
