Hello, the two rooms are bright and sunny. One is an open loft with a closet and can be used as a sitting room, an office, or art space, or anything you can think of. The bedroom also has a closet plus a ceiling fan. The property is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, close to South Park Meadows, restaurants, and the famous Moontower saloon is right down the way. We have access to a small pool, and I have a maid service that cleans every 2 weeks. The home is cozy, with antiques, books and art. We have w/d in home, some storage, Google fiber, and full kitchen. I rarely watch TV so I dont have cable. Last roomie had Roku through my Wi-Fi connection.
I am an ASL interpreter and a visual artist. Im friendly, easy to get along with, and flexible. My schedule is such that I spend my days in and out of the house. I work mostly south so Im close to home which makes it convenient to come home and check on my 2 cats. I cant allow pets in the home due to mine. I am female and prefer same in housemate.
