Beautiful five bedroom home in Old Village - Five Bedroom, three full-bathroom home in an extremely convenient location within Old Mt. Pleasant....with a view of the Intracoastal waterway, Tolers Cove, and the backside of Sullivan's Island. Our 3 children all attended Mt. Pleasant Academy (1st, 3rd, and 5th grade) and have all been WALKING themselves to school thru our backyard, since 1st grade. 
We have become friends with all of our immediate surrounding (12 homes) neighbors and know many of the other neighbors throughout the neighborhood. This little community (Pirates Cove) is a hidden, quiet secret, right in the middle of everything. 
This home is a very efficiently laid out use of space and provides much comfort and serenity after a long day of work. We are happy to leave furnishings, including beds, couches, dining room furniture, dressers, and any other major furnishings that make for a hassle-free stay for the rental term.
The reason we are renting our house is b.c we will be setting sail in our "floating home" (catamaran) and the reason for the "less conventional" term is b.c we have to have the boat back out of the "hurricane zone" for hurricane season. We hope to be able to provide an option to those who need less than a 12-month term that is often not offered in this market.
