The Beverly Grove a very quiet neighborhood central to all LA has to offer. Only 30 minutes to LAX.
-There are no other roommates.
-I only am there about half of each month since I have a place in Palm Springs where I spend a big part of my time. So you would have the home to yourself about half of the time.
-The master bedroom has it's own private bathroom. 
-I have wifi, washer/dryer, central AC/Heat, dishwasher.

-All utilities are included in the rental price: wifi, electric, gas, and water.
-also included is a cleaning lady who comes once every two weeks.
