Most of our properties are located in Portland’s close-in neighborhoods such as: Northwest Portland's Alphabet District, Goose Hollow, Buckman, Belmont, Irvington, Kenton, and Sellwood-Moreland.

Residents are welcome to enjoy the seasonal fruit that grows on the property: blueberries, blackberries, plums, apples, pears.
Important notes: the barn and basement are not to be used for storage. The fireplace is non-functional; no indoor fires.
