Ample storage is included, and tenant will have access to two sheds. Unit is partially furnished- if you do not wish to use the furniture, I will remove it. 
There is a refrigerator and a microwave, but NO sink/stove. Again, this unit does not have a complete kitchen. I am happy to purchase an air frier if you would like one. 
Laundry is located in the unit and is shared with the upstairs landlord. Tenant will have complete privacy- landlord will never enter unit without permission.
All utilities--electricity, gas, water, and FIOS internet--are included. The entire house, including the basement unit, is also cleaned every two months at no additional cost to you. One driveway parking spot is available. No pets and no smokers.

I live upstairs, in the main house. I am in my late 30s and work for the Department of State. I work remotely, but I travel a few times a year. I generally keep to myself but am happy to interact. I am a musician, though I rehearse outside of the home. I am clean and respectful.
