AVAILABILITY: 
Monthly rentals are available between September 15, 2026 - May 15, 2027 only. This rate does not apply to 2027 - 2028 rental.
This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals. 
 
STAY REQUIREMENTS: 
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. 
 
FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.
 
RATES & PAYMENTS: 
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

Pool and Hot Tub Availability:
*Pool hours are 7:00AM to 11:00PM. The Town of Carolina Beach has quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., so please be aware of the noise created when gathering in the outside areas as the sound carries. Please adhere to the pool and quiet hours as this property is located in a residential area. Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available, and the hot tub follows the same availability. This pool and hot tub are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. While in the area be sure to check out the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you will find shops, restaurants, and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Take a stroll around the lake, which features farmers markets, paddleboats, festivals, and Sunday movie nights in the park. If you still want more, take a short drive down to Fort Fisher for some exploration of the battlefield and a leisurely visit to the NC Aquarium.
