AVAILABILITY:
Monthly rentals are available between September 15, 2026 - May 15, 2027 only. This rate does not apply to a 2027 - 2028 rental.
This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.
DESCRIPTION:
You will definitely see "Aqua Blue" at the property both inside and out! The property has beautiful blue furniture on the deck, an aqua blue feature wall in the bar area, and a blue view of the ocean. This 3rd floor property is located at the North End of Carolina Beach overlooking Freeman Park. 
 
When you get to the property, you will first step onto the outdoor deck and go through the slider to enter the interior of the unit. Inside you will find yourself in the living area. It has a fair amount of space to lounge around or just stare out the slider at the beautiful view. The sofa is a sleeper sofa. The living room leads into the dining/ kitchen area. There is a small bar area with two bar stools and a dining table with seating for four guests. The kitchen has everything needed for a meal together and also has some pops of blue in the small appliances. There is a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. The main bedroom has a Queen bed and small desk area. This room also has deck access that overlooks the community pool! 
 
Carolina Beach has so many activities to keep the whole family entertained that you will want to keep coming back year after year. This is one of the few places in NC that allows driving on the beach in summertime - you are allowed to drive on the North end beach at Freeman Park, if you have the city pass and a 4WD vehicle. You'll also be close to the pier for great fishing, a cool beverage, and perhaps some storytelling about the one that got away.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
