AVAILABILITY:
Monthly rentals are available between September 15, 2026 - May 15, 2027 only. This rate does not apply to 2027 - 2028 rental.
This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

Enjoy a convenient location that is just a short walk to the beach, community pool and pickle ball court, or spend evenings riding bikes through the residential streets soaking in the salt air. 
As you enter the home you are instantly welcomed into the heart of the home! The beautiful kitchen forms a brilliant open living area that is filled with natural light and crisp décor. Complete with an eat in bar, the kitchen features granite counter tops, a generously sized undermount sink, large pantry, and stainless-steel appliances. A deck off the kitchen overlooks the community pool and is a perfect perch to relax with a cold beverage in the evenings. The open great room seamlessly flows to the dining area which will accommodate six guests, and then to the living room which is furnished with a large sectional sofa. A deck off the living room provides another outdoor oasis to escape to and is the perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee.
Upstairs the first bedroom you will arrive to is the primary bedroom. Furnished with a plush king-sized bed, the primary suite includes a large walk-in closet, smart tv, dual vanity, and beautiful walk-in shower. Down the hall you will find the first guest bedroom which offers two twin-sized beds and a sizable closet complete with luggage rack. A full-size washer and dryer are in the hall closet for added convenience. There is a full bathroom located near the laundry room that serves the two guest bedrooms. This bathroom features dual sinks as well as a combination shower tub with tiled storage nook and spray wand. The third guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. With gorgeous, vaulted ceilings, this guest bedroom offers two closets as well as a sitting bench. 
Make sure that you do not miss the spectacular sunrises, famous donuts at Britt's, Thursday night fireworks on the beach and quality time with your family making lifelong memories. The North Carolina Aquarium and the Fort Fisher historical site are great day time activities for everyone to enjoy. Catch a ferry ride over to Southport for the day for some great local dining options or spend the day hiking in the maritime forest of Carolina Beach State Park. Venus fly traps and native pitcher plants can be spotted in the park seasonally and make a truly memorable experience. You'll want to immerse yourself in the myriads of activities offered on Pleasure Island.
