Embrace the vintage beach cottage feel at The Enchanted Mermaid, Upper Unit built in 1954! This property is nestled between the canal and ocean side of the beach and has a large deck that overlooks the large, fenced backyard shared with the lower unit.
When you enter the unit from the staircase on the backside of the property, you first step into the mudroom area that leads to the washer/ dryer area and full stand-up shower. As you make your way down the hall, you will find a half bathroom.
The primary bedroom has a Queen bed and television. The secondary bedroom has a Twin/ Twin bunk bed, Full bed, and television. Each room has a splash of coastal décor for the perfect beach vibes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a meal for the entire group and even has a Keurig. There is no dishwasher. The dining room has capacity for six guests at the table and flows into the living room. Off of the living room is a sunroom to relax in with your pups!
