Beautiful Banner Elk Brick Ranch - This charming 2bd/1ba brick home with a bonus room is located in the pastoral and picturesque town of Banner Elk and is just a short drive from downtown and all of the excitement and activities the town has to offer! There is a gravel driveway that leads to the one car garage with an entrance to the house through both the garage and the front porch leading to the front door. A large outdoor space in the front and back yard allow for plenty of room for fun and play. New carpet was just put in along with being freshly painted.
Enter through the front door to find the spacious carpeted living room, completed and brightened by the stone fireplace and large window. Established at the end of the hallway is a linen closet and ample closet space in the surrounding bedrooms. 
Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with well water and sewer included in the monthly rent. Sorry, not pet friendly. The heat source is gas logs and an oil boiler, no AC.
