Down the hall are two bedrooms and a full bathroom, in addition to the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. 
The finished basement provides flexible living space with large windows, exterior access to a second driveway, a full bath, and laundry with a washer and dryer. An additional room with two closets works well as an office, flex/bonus room, or additional sleeping area. The space in this house does not disappoint! 
Jointly leased, there is a security deposit typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Wifi included in rent. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Baseboard heat upstairs and an electric mini-split downstairs. The mini-split offers air conditioning for the downstairs level. This property is not pet-friendly. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.
