Positive Way is a great secluded, woodsy complex conveniently located next to Caldwell Community College, an Appalcart stop, and a short drive to ASU. Offering 3bd/2ba floor plans, with a large living/dining space. In the upper level units, you will find tall, tongue and groove vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has a pantry, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove as an added amenity, along with a washer and dryer. Each unit has a premium bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. Central heat and air conditioning, luxury vinyl plank floors, and fresh paint can be seen throughout these units.
 
The rental price includes parking, pre wired ethernet internet access, trash pickup, and a monthly utility allowance of $65 per bedroom for water and electricity. Wireless cable and wifi are not included. Limited guest parking is also available. Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. 
 
Positive Way rent varies, and is individually leased by the bedroom. The administrative fee is $75 per person. The security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent.
