Upstairs there is a large loft perfect for a home-office, craft room, or game room. 
Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with well water, septic, and lawncare included. Heat source is propane monitor and gas log fireplace This home is not pet friendly.
