While our cottage is quaint, Dug Hill will check all your boxes! 
Currently, there are no laundry hook-ups. We are working on adding if possible. 
The security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the tenant's responsibility. For a pet, age and breed restrictions will apply. Yardwork is tenant responsibility.
