In this open floor plan, the kitchen has bar seating overlooking the open-concept dining and living room. The living area is the perfect space for entertaining featuring an accent wall, skylights and bright windows for plenty of natural light, patio access leading to the private hot tub, and a gas log fireplace which is shared with the adjoining sunroom. Down the hall, you'll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The shared bathroom features a luxurious rock tile walk-in shower with bench seating. All three bedrooms feature custom closet shelving with ample storage. The primary suite offers a walk-in closet, a small alcove, and a large en suite bathroom with sliding doors. The primary bathroom has another large walk-in tile shower with bench seating and double vanities. The basement is accessible via the garage and features a large bonus room perfect for a home office, playroom, man cave, or additional sleeping quarters. An additional bathroom is located on this level with a shower stall. Off the finished space is ample storage space in the walk-out basement. 
Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 non-refundable administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Well water and septic are included, all other utilities are tenant responsibility. There is central heat and air, along with a gas fireplace. Due to owner allergy cats are not permitted, but the property is pet friendly for up to two small dogs. There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent per approved pet, restrictions apply.
