Student Rental-Close to Town! - Just 5 miles away from Appalachian State University, this 3bd/1.5bath cabin is perfect for students! The open-concept living space features coffered ceilings, ceiling fans, bamboo floors, and plenty of natural light. In the kitchen, find sprawling counter space, updated light fixtures, and plenty of cabinetry. The main floor houses the full bathroom and a bedroom, while upstairs contains an additional two bedrooms and half bath. The second floor also boasts sloping ceilings and a private patio. Outside of the house is a quaint storage shed, and spacious porch.
This property has a monthly rent of $1500. A $1500 security deposit and $200 administrative fee are due upon signing.
Water, provided by a shared well, and lawn maintenance are included in the monthly rent. Electricity, serviced by Blue Ridge Electric, propane, provided by Blue Ridge Energies, internet, offered by Spectrum, and trash and snow removal are all responsibilities of the tenants. A refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, window A/C unit, and washer and dryer are all included as an added amenity!
