Non-student and jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. This home is pet-friendly for cats or small dogs so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent. Restrictions apply. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with water and septic included. Heat is a propane furnace and gas log fireplace with central air.
