Walk inside to an open-concept living space featuring tongue and groove paneling, a stained glass bar, and a large living room. The kitchen offers plenty of cabinet space. Down the hall, you'll find a hall closet, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. The spacious bedroom offers a closet for storage. In the bathroom, you'll find a rustic claw foot tub, perfect for relaxing. 
Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with water and wi-fi included. This home is pet-friendly for 1 small dog only, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Restrictions apply. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.
