There is a well equipped kitchen, ready with pots and pans, range, oven, microwave and fridge. The two bedrooms have one queen and one with a full bed. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. Both heating and A/C from a heat pump. Washer and dryer.

Parking - Driveway for one car, street parking otherwise.
Location - just west of Race St.
All utilities will be charged back, no need to open accounts. This is a summer home during the spring and summer.
Application fee is $50 per adult. $56 lease prep fee. Section 8: Housing Assistance Accepted but rental term is for less than 6 months, as this is a summer home. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee.
