Absolutely adorable cottage on upper Poyntz Avenue (close to the high school). Close to everything but still a very private setting. On the main floor you will find the kitchen with a stainless steel gas range, stainless steel dishwasher, and black refrigerator. Eat breakfast in the breakfast nook with built-in bench or in the sunroom right off the kitchen. Through the kitchen is an office/sitting area. One bedroom and bathroom are also on the main floor.
