One single room in a house for rent, you shared bathroom with an another tenant , all fully furnished, ready to move in. The whole house is a Mobile home. You will live with the landlord and another renter.
Who are we: we are a gay couple, please be LGBT friendly. There are some house rules about cleaning , laundry, lights, please be willing, willing, willing to follow. 
No pets.( people live there have allergy). Single Occupied for this room(*One person for One room, ☺ house is not huge)

How much do you pay on the first day: $1740( This amount will covers your first month rent$670+last month rent$670+refundable security deposit $400), after that, the monthly payment is $670, and you do not need to pay me last month rent since already paid on the first day you move in. No partial payments.
How to pay: Cash, Zelle, ……
Lease Term: start with 3 months to get to know each other, if not get along well, we end here. If we do, we can keep renewing the contract.
