If there are multiple applicants and we choose another one, we can transfer your application to another Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate property that is available.
There is a one-time admin fee of $100, which is due, if approved, at the same time as the first month's rent.

IF approved the Security Deposit is due via bank certified check or money orders in our office within 48 hours of approval AND a lease must be signed within 48 hours of approval in order to secure the home and remove it from the market. We can hold the home for up to 2 weeks from the date of the availability date or application approval. It generally takes 24-72 hours to process an application.
