Country Living Log Home - Quiet country living log home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Main floor has one bedroom and bath, living room, kitchen has a double oven and countertop stove. Upstairs has two more bedrooms and one bathroom. Downstairs has room for storage, no use of hot tub. There is a wood stove on the main floor, if tenant chooses to use, you will be responsible for cleaning the chimney. Otherwise there is oil diesel heat. This property has a large yard which the tenant will be responsible for maintaining. Snow removal is tenants responsibility as well and must be kept clear from the propane tank for easy access to fill when necessary. Propane will be tenants responsibility as well as electric with Flathead Electric. Artesian well water. Tenant will have access to only one shop, the other out buildings and barn are owners only. The owner has horses that she will have someone by to take care of and will need access to the property. Tenant will need sign addendum. Dogs are considered. Renter's insurance is required.
