The master suite sits on the back side of the home looking into the backyard. Master bathroom features walk in closet, garden tub, walk in shower, private water closet and linen closet. Two additional guest bedrooms are off the other side of the living room down a short hall way. The guest bathroom is also located off the living room. Kitchen is on the left side of the home with a large pantry, breakfast nook, and access the the laundry room and 2 car garage. Laundry units are available to tenant.

Pet fees range from $275-375 per pet, this is a one time nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a annual pet inspection fee of $150.
All animals are screened by a 3rd party screening company to be verified as a service animal. Verified service animals have no pet fees due. If unverified, pet fees will be required.
