With more than 20 years of experience in the San Francisco real estate market, our Founder William Baner established BanCal Property Management in 1987. Tammy McNaught joined Baner in 1998, and went on to take the reins as president in 2008. The boutique real estate agency currently serves the greater San Francisco area, including rental communities and condominium associations in Pacific Heights, Soma, Marina and Russian Hill. BanCal's management team is dedicated to helping clients grow their businesses with proven strategies that have helped our agency increase building revenues an average of 15% to 18%, while boosting property value and performance.
