In the desirable Prosser neighborhood of Truckee, the location is perfectly 5 minutes to downtown Truckee yet away from the traffic and bustle. It’s only a beautiful 10 minute stroll to Prosser reservoir where you can also beat the crowds of Lake Tahoe and find your own peaceful waterfront daydream. This reservoir is no motor boats so it’s incredible for SUP, kayaking, and lounging. Lake Tahoe is only a quick 20 minute drive away for when you want to enjoy the majesty it offers. 
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is ready to rent. On the drive-in ground level floor is the 2 car garage with a folding ping pong table if you like to play. Upstairs is the 1st floor to the home with 2 story ceilings and an open floor plan living/kitchen/dining room with a 2 story wall of windows for plenty of beautiful light coming in. There is a lovely front deck to enjoy all day & especially at sunset, and a fully enclosed mud room for shoes/jackets/gear which helps keep the house clutter free. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need. On the same level are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed with brand new sheets, new linen dressings and new pillows. A full size dresser is inside a reach in closet. Second bedroom has bunk beds, with a queen size lower and a twin upper. As well, dressed with new sheets and pillows, and has a reach in closet. Full bathroom and a large enclosed laundry room with tons of room for ‘stuff’. Through the laundry room is a side deck that wraps around back to a beautiful slate patio area for your outdoor enjoyment. 
Upstairs is the master suite living level. At the top of the stairs is a loft with an office area to get some work done separate from everything. Then the master bedroom boasts 14’ ceilings, open head space (no A frame ceilings coming in), a California King frame, walk in closet, and master bathroom with his & her sinks. 
There are cards, puzzles, a large book collection, and mini guitar for your pleasure. Please enjoy, respect and leave at the house. Fast wifi throughout the house, and a smart TV in the living. This house is 90% furnished, there is an area for a dining table (tons on Craigslist) and also the master mattress isn’t provided (can vouch for a very affordable nice one on Amazon I have in a different home) 
Possibly you or maybe someone you know wants to come spend the summer in your dream Tahoe rental! This is a locals neighborhood so please respect loud noise in the evenings and no raging parties please.
