LEASE TERMS
-$1,800 per month, minimum 12 month lease
-$45 application fee applies for credit/background check for each person 18 and over

-Must provide proof of income (3x amount of rent) in form of pay stubs or tax return
-First full month rent due at lease signing
-Security deposit due before moving in
-Tenant responsible for all utilities (trash included in monthly rent)
-Tenant responsible for lawn care and snow removal
-Pets allowed with a $250 pet application fee and $50 per month, per pet (some breed restrictions apply)
