Individuals 18 years of age or older must apply and pay a non-refundable screening fee.
Alder Property Management will begin accepting applications no earlier than the time specified above. Please refrain from applying prior to the Open Application Period. If an application is received prior to the Open Application Period, the City of Portland requires landlords to apply an 8-hour penalty to the time the application was received.
