Viewing Instructions:
Step 1: An application is required before a showing will be scheduled. The application fee ($40) will be refundable until after the showing.
Step 2: Once application is submitted, call our office at [Use CALL button] to schedule a time to view the property. At that time a code will be sent to you for the lockbox on the door.
Step 3: After you view the property, please call the office to confirm that you wish to move your application forward. Once you confirm that you would like to proceed with the application process, your application fee ($40) becomes non-refundable. 
Step 4: Applications will usually be processed within 2-3 business days but could take up to a week.
We do not accept applications based upon first come, first serve. Applications will be approved by most qualified.
