This property has propane and hauled water which may make deliveries difficult or impossible at times during the winter months. 
This home is surrounded by the Prescott National Forest. You are likely to have many visitors during the year, some of which include elk, deer, black bears, cougars, bob cats, javalina, coyotes and a variety of other critters.
