Fully furnished upstairs apartment for rent with all utilities included (top tier DirectTV, high speed internet, water, sewer, trash, gas, and electric). The unit also has a carport for one vehicle, and you can park another vehicle tandem. It is 1 block from downtown for easy dining. No cats but small dogs allowed if you clean up the waste. A three-month minimum rental lease is required and you may stay longer if needed. The interior boasts a full granite kitchen with a dishwasher, Keurig, microwave, refrigerator, and gas range. The living area has a small desk and a comfy couch with a large screen TV with a Roku box. The bedroom has a walk in closet as well as a California King bed. The bathroom has a sink and tub/shower with granite. The laundry has stackable washer/dryer units. The patio is shared with the downstairs unit and has a BBQ as well as a heater for chilly nights.
