Hello!
I am looking for somebody to takeover my Lease at 95Twenty Apartments. Apartment Complex location is at:
9520 Spectrum Drive
Austin, TX 78717
The Unit is a top-floor (3rd floor) A-1 Style Unit. It is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom. The unit layout can be found on the page below:

The Unit will be available May 1st, 2023...but I can be flexible on the move-in date. The Current Lease will expire on August 11th, 2023. At that point, you will have the option to renew the Lease (with 95 Twenty directly) at the lease renewal rate they offer you.
*Furnished and Unfurnished Options are available.
Monthly Base Rent is $1,467.
I currently rent a covered parking spot, for which the cost is $35 per month (you can cancel this at anytime).
Sewer & Garbage Service is included in the Rent.
Water & Gas Utility is added to your monthly rent payment.
I currently have Electricity setup with the City of Austin and monthly bill for that is always around $30.
For rent, utilities, covered parking spot and admin fees, the monthly total comes out to about $1,575 per month.
The Unit has been setup for Gigabit Fiber Optic Internet. Thats what I currently use and it works like a charm.
Please Note: there are only outside stairs leading to the apartment, as there is no elevator to use within this building.
Unit features:
-Induction Cooktop Stove. I will be glad to gift you my full set of Induction Cooktop Cookware, as I wont be needing it at my new place :)
-Top-Loader Washer, Side-Loader Dryer, and Dishwasher (all Whirlpool Brand)
-Outdoor Balcony with a lockable Storage Closet. The closet is not temperature controlled, but does have a light.
If you decide that youd like to move forward, then you will have to submit an application (to 95Twenty Apartments) to prove credit worthiness, etc.
