The cooking utensils are shared. We have a wash tower, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators and a stove. All appliances are new. My husband and I share one fridge, you and your roommate will share the other fridge. The living room and kitchen are shared with my husband and I. My husband is a working professional and I am a dog walker. We both live quietly and have no plans to change that or compromise on it. Parties, smoking in the house, pets, children, illegal drug activity, couples and overnight guests are NOT ALLOWED and will lead to immediate eviction. We are renting a room in our primary residence and reserve the right to be more selective about who we choose to rent to.
